Our Key Stage 2 pupils delighted Welwyn Garden City at Lights Up with their samba dancing and drumming skills. An amazing evening full of cultural marvel! Well done!
Today we dressed up in our fancy clothes to raise money for Children in Need. Many of our school community have been supported through charitable organisations that are funded by the BBC CiN charity. We raised an incredible £213!
Today we were visited by Alison Masters who came to tell us all about the great charitable work that Riding for the Disabled Association do in our community. This year they will be our charity of the year and we are looking forward to visiting the ponies at the centre as well as learning more about the great work they do.
A fabulous event hosted by Friends of Homerswood last night. A huge success and everyone had so much fun. Thank you to everyone who supported the event. A big thank you to Sundown Cinema for making it come alive and to HSBC and in particular Li, the general manager who supported the event with funding and resources that made the children even more happier!

Today we welcomed our new Reception families to the Homerswood family. They have started so well and enjoyed all the resources in their new classroom.
