He’s trained, insured, and assessed by Pets As Therapy.
He’s always supervised in school.
He has a comfy space to rest under a desk in class.
He sees the vet regularly for check-ups and vaccinations.

Yes – we do have a ‘no dogs’ rule for families dropping off or picking up pupils. However, as a certified therapy dog, Buzz is allowed on school premises under special permission — just like guide or hearing dogs. He is always on a lead and accompanied by a member of staff.
Buzz brings joy, calm, and confidence to our school community. Whether he’s curled up listening to a pupil read or simply offering a friendly paw, Buzz reminds us of the power of kindness, connection, and care.
